We endeavor to ship all orders that are placed by 3 PM PST on the same day. Orders received on Sunday or Holidays will ship the next day. We proudly rely on the dependable service and overall quality of USPS Shipping.

Orders over $99 receive free shipping. Limited One Year Return and Exchange Warranty (Partial)

In order to complete an exchange under this warranty, you must send in your warranty registration card within 30 days of the date of purchase, along with a copy of your dated purchase receipt.  All Global Smoke products are covered under this warranty, except no returns are allowed for cartridges and e-liquid products (per health reasons).  

A  processing fee is charged for all warranty returns of $10.00. 
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
